Game now has Persistent Data

Hello! Pokitaire now has some persistent data, AKA, a save file! Not particularly sure how Godot's save file system works for games in the web, but I heard its related to your cookies, so keep in mind if you like to delete those, you might accidently lose your save file in this game. Anyway, this game now keeps track and stores your highscore, highest combos, and lowest amount of combo breaks, and also your sound settings.

Speaking of sounds, Pokitaire now has some of that too! It's mainly just sound effects, but its good to get that system out of the way so when the day I finish making the music for this game, I can easily drag it in. There is still a few sound effects missing, but the bulk of it should be there, there is a generic clicking sound, sound for the menu buttons, and sound for interacting with the cards.

Unfortunately, all the save file related features I have planned for v0.4.0 is not done yet, so expect (hopefully) one more update before the next major one comes out. Honestly speaking, it is very annoying how long this is taking, because a lot of new decks I have in mind are locked behind me finishing this save file system, and to be honest, most times it feels like a new deck is the only type of update players really engage with, and for good reason.
